Terms & Conditions – Kareem and Jawad for E-Commerce (Nesmah)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nesmah. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Kareem and Jawad for E-Commerce, registered in Jordan under company national number 101043915. By using our website www.nesmah.shop, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all customers in Jordan.

2. Products & Services

  • We sell electric home fragrance devices and essential oil refills.
  • Product descriptions and images are for reference only; actual colors or appearance may vary due to device settings.
  • We reserve the right to update product specifications, prices, or availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).
  • Orders can be placed online via www.nesmah.shop.
  • Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and other available payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Your order is confirmed once full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery within 1 working day to all cities in Jordan.
  • Shipping cost:
    • Orders below 15 JOD: 2 JOD delivery fee.
    • Orders 15 JOD or above: Free delivery.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not responsible for courier delays or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened in its original blister packaging within 7 days of purchase.
  • Opened essential oil bottles are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.

6. Warranty

  • Electric devices are covered by a 1-day operational warranty starting from the delivery date.
  • No warranty after the first day of use, as performance depends on customer operation.

7. Promotions

  • Seasonal and occasional sales may be offered.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Customers are responsible for correct usage as per the instructions provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, images, and content on www.nesmah.shop are owned by Kareem and Jawad for E-Commerce and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes will be handled in Jordanian courts.

مرحبًا بك في نسمة. تشير كلمات "نحن"، "لنا"، "خاصتنا" إلى شركة كريم وجواد للتجارة الإلكترونية المسجلة في الأردن تحت الرقم الوطني للشركة 101043915. باستخدامك لموقعنا www.nesmah.shop أو شرائك لمنتجاتنا أو تعاملك معنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع العملاء داخل الأردن.

2. المنتجات والخدمات

  • نبيع أجهزة معطر كهربائية للمنزل وزيوت عطرية طبيعية.
  • أوصاف المنتجات وصورها لأغراض توضيحية فقط، وقد تختلف الألوان أو المظهر الفعلي حسب إعدادات جهازك.
  • نحتفظ بحق تعديل مواصفات أو أسعار أو توفر المنتجات دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الطلبات والدفع

  • جميع الأسعار بالدينار الأردني (JOD).
  • يمكن تقديم الطلبات عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني www.nesmah.shop.
  • طرق الدفع: فيزا، ماستركارد، ووسائل الدفع الأخرى المتاحة عند الدفع.
  • يتم تأكيد الطلب عند استلامنا الدفع كاملًا.

4. الشحن والتوصيل

  • التوصيل خلال يوم عمل واحد لجميع مدن الأردن.
  • رسوم التوصيل:
    • الطلبات الأقل من 15 دينار: 2 دينار رسوم توصيل.
    • الطلبات 15 دينار أو أكثر: توصيل مجاني.
  • مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

5. الإرجاع والاسترداد

  • نقبل الإرجاع فقط إذا كان المنتج غير مفتوح وفي تغليفه الأصلي خلال 7 أيام من الشراء.
  • الزيوت العطرية المفتوحة غير قابلة للإرجاع لأسباب صحية وسلامة.
  • يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد فحص المنتج.

6. الضمان

  • الأجهزة الكهربائية مشمولة بضمان تشغيل لمدة يوم واحد من تاريخ التوصيل.
  • لا يشمل الضمان ما بعد اليوم الأول من الاستخدام، نظرًا لاعتماد الأداء على طريقة استخدام العميل.

7. العروض الترويجية

  • قد نقدم عروضًا موسمية أو عروضًا خاصة.
  • لا يمكن الجمع بين العروض إلا إذا تم ذكر ذلك صراحة.

8. تحديد المسؤولية

لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام منتجاتنا. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية استخدام الجهاز والزيوت بشكل صحيح وفق التعليمات المرفقة.

9. الملكية الفكرية

جميع العلامات التجارية والصور والمحتوى على موقع www.nesmah.shop مملوكة لشركة كريم وجواد للتجارة الإلكترونية ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن خطي مسبق.

10. القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. أي نزاعات يتم التعامل معها أمام المحاكم الأردنية.
