At Nesmah, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted. By placing an order on www.nesmah.shop, you agree to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unopened and in its original blister packaging.
- Opened or used essential oil bottles are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Electric fragrance devices are only eligible for return if found defective upon first use (see Warranty Policy).
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us at sales@nesmah.shop or call +962 79 021 3480.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 1 day of receiving your order.
5. Return Shipping
- For approved returns, customers are responsible for delivering the product back to us, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable delivery service.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened essential oil bottles.
- Products returned after the 7-day period.
- Products not in their original packaging.

في نسمة، نحرص على رضاك عن مشترياتك. توضح هذه السياسة الشروط التي نقبل بموجبها الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد. بإتمامك لطلب عبر موقع www.nesmah.shop، فأنت توافق على الشروط أدناه.
2. شروط الإرجاع
- يُقبل الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التوصيل.
- يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح وفي تغليفه الأصلي (التغليف البلاستيكي المحكم).
- الزيوت العطرية المفتوحة غير قابلة للإرجاع لأسباب صحية وسلامة.
- الأجهزة الكهربائية مقبولة للإرجاع فقط إذا كانت معطلة عند أول استخدام (راجع سياسة الضمان).
3. آلية الاسترداد
- للطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد sales@nesmah.shop أو الاتصال على +962 79 021 3480.
- بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنعلمك بالموافقة أو الرفض.
- في حال الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
- رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد.
4. الاستبدال
- نستبدل المنتجات فقط إذا كانت تالفة أو معطلة عند التوصيل.
- في حال الحاجة لاستبدال نفس المنتج، يرجى التواصل خلال يوم واحد من استلام الطلب.
5. شحن المرتجعات
- في حالات الإرجاع الموافق عليها، يتحمل العميل مسؤولية توصيل المنتج إلينا، ما لم يكن المنتج معيبًا أو غير صحيح.
- نوصي باستخدام خدمة توصيل قابلة للتتبع.
6. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع
- الزيوت العطرية المفتوحة.
- المنتجات التي يتم إرجاعها بعد مرور 7 أيام من الاستلام.
- المنتجات غير الموجودة في تغليفها الأصلي.
